Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the tool in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, batteries, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return box.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the tool at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement item within 3 to 5 business days.
