What is the standard shipping timeframe for heavy machinery?
Standard shipping for power tools typically takes 3-5 business days. For oversized machinery, we use specialized freight carriers which may take 7-10 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on power tools?
Yes, all our tools come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. We also offer extended protection plans that cover accidental damage and wear-and-tear for up to 3 years.
Can I return a tool if it has been used?
We accept returns on unused items in original packaging within 30 days. If a tool has been used and is found to be defective, it is covered under our exchange policy or the manufacturer's warranty.
Are batteries and chargers included with cordless tools?
It depends on the listing. 'Tool-only' or 'Bare Tool' items do not include batteries. However, our 'Kits' always come with at least one battery and a compatible charger.
Do you provide bulk discounts for contractors?
Absolutely. We offer a Pro-Rewards program for licensed contractors and construction firms that provides tiered discounts on bulk orders and early access to new releases.
